In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our client’s in-house ad agency and brand teams, overseeing day-to-day communications and project execution. You’ll provide strategic direction in partnership with creative staff and external vendors to help drive brand objectives and sales goals. Benefits are available during the contract period.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of corporate branding, promotional material development, PromoMats review, and corporate compliance guidelines.
- Understand product attributes, marketing objectives, target audiences, competitive landscapes, market dynamics, and medical/regulatory/legal considerations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Agency Workflow Process, including project initiation, collaboration, approvals, production, and archiving.
- Collaborate with brand teams to develop creative briefs.
- Recommend key promotional tactics aligned with brand strategy and goals.
- Issue client contact reports to ensure timely and accurate communication of key information.
- Review projects from concept to completion to ensure adherence to specifications, client expectations, budgets, and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree or equivalent related experience is desirable.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of total account management experience.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred (U.S. and Global).
- In-house ad agency or agency experience is a plus.
- Pharmaceutical experience (preferred): Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, regulatory/legal considerations, and market dynamics.
- Digital background (preferred): Familiarity with online tools, apps, and digital solutions used in pharmaceutical marketing.
