Sr. Data Analyst

We’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst for a hybrid role with our client, a leader in the streaming industry managing major platforms. This position is based in New York, NY and offers an exciting opportunity to enhance reporting, automation, and tooling across an entertainment portfolio.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key business initiatives through the development of automated reporting solutions and custom data pipelines. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, optimize reporting processes, and ensure data integrity that drives strategic decision-making.

Senior Data Analyst Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive solutions for reporting automation.
• Document and address subscriber reporting needs, including dashboards and automated communications.
• Develop and optimize queries based on business logic, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Integrate data quality testing into daily operations to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
• Craft intuitive and impactful visualizations for diverse business stakeholders.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the technical infrastructure supporting subscriber data.
• Collaborate in creating robust reporting solutions that reduce data-related issues.

Senior Data Analyst Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in analytical roles.
• Proficient in SQL with 3+ years of experience, particularly in ETL pipeline development.
• Skilled in Python or R scripting for at least 3 years.
• Experience in automating Excel workflows.
• Familiarity with Google App Scripts, Snowflake, or similar data warehouses, and Github.
