As the Web Content Activation Manager in Cambridge, MA, you will collaborate with North America Business Marketing teams to understand web content needs, manage an editorial calendar, and implement and optimize web content for the North America website. Must have:

  • Oversee web page life cycle management, focusing on maintaining and refreshing content.
  • Serve as the primary workflow owner within the CMS platform for North American website pages.
  • Manage and triage web content demands for North America, ensuring swift activation.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of website management/digital marketing experience.
  • Experienced in web content management and industry-standard CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful).
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • Reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, Massachusetts.

As the Web Content Activation Manager, you will work closely with our North America Business Marketing teams to understand their region-specific web content needs, maintain a web editorial calendar to proactively plan content releases for the region, and manage hands-on web content implementation and optimization for the North America website domain.

Your role:

  • Working with Global Business Digital Managers, North America Business Marketing and Digital Center of Excellence teams, manage the planning and execution of Philips Health Systems North America website-related content needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end process for publishing and optimizing regional content on the US and Canadian Philips Health Systems websites, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and the highest quality standards.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing web page life cycle management, with a focus on maintaining and refreshing page content to drive maximum engagement and user conversion.
  • Serve as the primary workflow owner within the CMS platform for all North American website pages.
  • Manage and triage the web content demands for North America, ensuring swift activation for globally sourced web pages adopted by the region.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of website management/digital marketing experience
  • You are experienced in web content management and have a background working in industry-standard CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful) to bring web content to life online
  • Healthcare technology marketing experience a plus
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Massachusetts is $106,680.00 to $170,688.00.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
