Windows App Dev

The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing software solutions and applications. They will apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems and will be involved in research, design, development, and maintenance. The role requires original thought and judgment, as well as the ability to supervise the work of other software engineers. The engineer will collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders, building skills and expertise to meet standard software engineer skill expectations. They will also have a deep understanding of programming concepts, software design, and development principles, working autonomously with minimal supervision. Able to act as a key contributor in a complex environment, lead the activities of a team for software design and software development. They will act proactively to understand internal/external client needs and offer advice even when not asked.
