Join the Sensing and Connectivity team as a Wireless Bluetooth QA Engineer to drive innovation and enhance user experience. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and seamless integration of Bluetooth technology in Apple's latest products. You will be responsible for validating features through manual and automated testing, championing bug fixes by collaborating with the development team, and analyzing root causes of issues. Key responsibilities include designing comprehensive test plans, triaging discrepancies, monitoring customer issues, and performing both documented and ad hoc testing for high-quality releases. You will also be involved in setting up, maintaining, and debugging test environments and scripts.

The Bluetooth Quality team is looking for a motivated, highly-technical Bluetooth QA Engineer with an ability to seek solutions to unusual problems with valued interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the best customer experience and quality of Bluetooth in the latest Apple products.

As a successful Wireless Bluetooth Quality Engineer, you will focus on testing Bluetooth enabled features in Appleʼs innovative products. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Validate features manually and with automation
Drive quality and champion bug fixes, working closely with development team and analyze the root causes for the issues
Collaborate with cross functional teams to get requirements
Design comprehensive test plans for new features, factoring in technical details and the customer experience
Triage for any discrepancies as well as monitor and drive customer issues
Complete both documented and ad hoc testing to ensure high quality releases
Bring up, perform regular maintenance and debugging of test setups and scripts
