Your task as a Working Student Business/Data Analyst is to extract the right insights from our data to achieve this vision. You will create analyses, derive strategic recommendations, advise Product Managers, and potentially improve data collection processes.

Good To Have:

Prior knowledge in Java.
Knowledge of using Mixpanel for creating reports and dashboards.

Must Have:

Create analyses from existing data using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, or Mixpanel.
Derive recommendations and strategic decisions for product optimization based on insights.
Advise Product Managers with analyses for test and feature preparation.
Ensure that required data is accurate and complete.
Possess very good knowledge of SQL.
Demonstrate a passion for evaluating large datasets in databases and spreadsheets.
Be able to check tests for significant relevance.
Speak fluent German (minimum C1 level).

Your Tasks

You create analyses from existing data, which you primarily query with SQL in Excel/Google Sheets or with the help of our analysis tool Mixpanel.
You derive recommendations for action and strategic decisions for optimizing our product based on the insights gained, always keeping in mind that the necessary data is correct and complete.
You advise our Product Managers based on your analyses for the preparation of tests and features.
You may improve our nightly reload for data collection using Java and SQL.

Job Requirements

You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable field of study.
You have very good knowledge of SQL.
You have a very good understanding of numbers.
You enjoy analytical thinking.
You have a passion for evaluating large amounts of data in databases and Google Sheets / Excel.
Ideally, you have prior knowledge of Java and can apply it to your work.
You can check tests for significant relevance.
Bonus: Knowledge of using Mixpanel to create reports and dashboards.
You are a team player and communicative.
You work carefully, conscientiously, and are self-organized.
You speak fluent German (at least C1 level).
