Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated working student (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in Bietigheim-Bissingen with expertise in digital tools, scripting, and AI applications. If you have a passion for technology and want to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice, you've come to the right place! You will support process automation using Google Workspace and MS-Office tools, develop scripts for data analysis, and assist in implementing AI-based solutions to enhance efficiency.

Must Have:

Support process and workflow automation using Google Workspace Tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms) and Google Apps Script.
Develop and implement scripts and macros for data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization in both Google Workspace and MS-Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
Assist in the conception, testing, and implementation of AI-based solutions and tools for efficiency improvement (e.g., in data analysis, text generation, or image recognition).
Research and evaluate new Google Tools, MS-Office functions, and AI technologies.
Document processes, scripts and macros.
Close collaboration with various teams to identify optimization potential.
Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparable field of study.
Practical experience with Google Workspace Tools (especially Google Sheets and Google Docs).
Proficient in MS-Office applications, especially Excel and Word, including creating and customizing macros (VBA).
Sound knowledge of Google Apps Script or comparable scripting languages (e.g., Python for automation).
Initial contact and strong interest in AI tools and applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney or other AI services).
Analytical skills and a structured way of working.
High willingness to learn and self-initiative.
Good German and English language skills, written and spoken.
