Site Industrial Management Controller
Job Description
- Automotive industry background would be an advantage.
- Prepares elements for reporting, budget, business plan, and forecasts.
- Follows and analyses actual situation vs forecast and budget on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ensures accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system.
- Ensures reliability of site gross margin and below gross margin expenses during closing process.
- Manages the activity of the controlling department for efficiency and profitability.
- Must alert immediately the Financial Controller in case of any important risk.
- Contacts Product Lines or Regional Operations to manage correct operation of GPS module.
- Constantly improves knowledge of the IS module - Comp@ss day, Comp@ss Academy.
- Approves E-proc requests.
- Contributes to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years experience in Costing, Accounting and Industrial Controlling.
- Strong computer skills in Excel and SAP system (CO, MM and PP Module).
- Fluent in English (working language).

- Manages the activity of the controlling department so that it can control if the company’s activity is performed by the most efficient and most profitable way and suits the local laws and Group Valeo standards (especially MAF and LSF)
- Must alert immediately the Financial Controller in case of any important risk for the company and / or for its employees
- Contact with Product Lines or Regional Operations, completing the tasks in order to manage correct operation of GPS module.
- Constant improvements of her/his knowledge of the IS module - Comp@ss day, Comp@ss Academy
- E-proc requests approving

Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years experience in Costing, Accounting and Industrial Controlling.
- Automotive industry background would be an advantage.
- Strong computer skills in Excel and SAP system (CO, MM and PP Module)
- Dynamic personality, eager to learn and have excellent analytical skills
- Experience in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English ( working language)
