The Toulouse site is responsible for satellite system engineering, payload design and production, as well as the development and qualification of ground segments. It integrates a research center and an industrial accelerator for start-ups and ventures.
- Manage, optimize, and ensure the reliability of manufacturing processes in your portfolio.
- Guarantee the technical mastery of equipment and product quality in production.
- Ensure technology watch and the deployment of new processes.
- Prospecting, elaboration of process specifications, validation/qualification plan.
- Identify means to be renewed in the medium/long term (CAPEX).
- Ensure the reliability of processes within your scope (Identify critical parts to be procured, backup solutions to be implemented in case of breakdown with the support of the maintenance team).
- Ensure the proper functioning of industrial processes under your responsibility:
- Implement continuous improvement actions on processes.
- Productivity optimization, G2X gravity analysis (to reduce non-quality).
- Analyze process non-conformities and lead problem-solving approaches (QQOQCPC to characterize the anomaly, Conformity Restoration Committee (CRC) to identify the cause of the defect and corrective actions, etc.).
- Ensure operator training in ISO7 cleanroom and support production teams.
- Draft and update technical documentation: Instructions (FA), Criteria (QF).
- Engineer / Master's degree (BAC+5) level
- Generalist training or professional experience in a technical field
- Experience in industry and/or in a production workshop and/or in testing
- Work in tertiary zone and ISO7 production zone
- Knowledge of production monitoring tools (ERP, MES, traceability tools)
- Proficiency in English
- Have "generalist" technical knowledge to master industrial means
- Ability to conduct tests, analyze process data (capabilities, SPC, Pareto).
- Use anomaly resolution tools/methods
- Knowledge of micro-electronics manufacturing processes is a plus
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with production teams
- Autonomy, Rigor, Curiosity, and Analytical skills will be real assets for this position
