The role is a key member of the Client Insights team, responsible for driving client engagement and adoption of syndicated data products. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with major brands across the APAC region, primarily in India, with preferred candidate locations in Noida, Delhi NCR, or Pune.
This position is ideal for someone who is analytically sharp, digitally fluent, and eager to grow in the media and advertising industry. You’ll receive strong support from the team while gaining exposure to high-profile clients and cutting-edge data tools.
Key Responsibilities
Product Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of syndicated methodology and product suite
- Communicate product capabilities clearly and concisely to clients, with guidance from the team
- Work efficiently with internal tools and processes such as Jira
Data Insights & Partnership
- Pull and analyze data to prepare reports and dashboards for internal and client use
- Support product engagement by showcasing the value of data through insight-driven storytelling
- Experience with generic analytics and data visualisation tools. Few tools to mention - Google Analytics and Microsoft BI to interpret digital performance and user behavior
- Understand website tagging fundamentals (e.g., GTM, pixels, UTM parameters)
Client Management
- Partner with the team to proactively engage clients using data insights
- Record client interactions in CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Generate client reports and manage user credentials and subscriptions
- Address client queries and escalate data-related issues when needed
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with Client Insights and Commercial teams
- Communicate client feedback, needs, and product/data challenges effectively across teams
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts), and Word
- Experience in data analysis, data investigations, and working with large datasets
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Power BI, and basic digital measurement tools
- Quick learner with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Understanding of the advertising and media industry, especially digital platforms and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing multiple priorities efficiently

Core Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a 3 or 4-year college or university, preferably with a focus in advertising or marketing coursework/major
- 1-3 years advertising and/or marketing experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, Microsoft Power BI
- Comfortable with internet technologies and basic familiarity of the technical side of how the internet functions
