Your daily life

The Toulouse site is responsible for satellite system engineering, the design and production of payloads, as well as the development and qualification of ground segments. It integrates a research center and an industrial accelerator for start-ups and ventures.

We are looking for an experienced PMO (Project Management Officer) to meet new challenges in terms of project control and competitiveness on the Galileo G2G program, particularly with the arrival of significant Change Notices on the Galileo Second Generation project, in a complex context (governance, multiple contracts, etc.) with high stakes.

The PMO Manager supports all project management activities, from offer initiation to project closure, and all stakeholders of offers and projects, including WPMs.

• Unite stakeholders on fundamental practices and tools for offer and project management.
• Provide expertise and know-how to offers and projects for better performance throughout the offer/project lifecycle through homogeneous practices (best practices, recommendations, and coaching).
• Ensure continuity between offers and projects.
• Pace the milestones of offers and projects.
• Ensure the preparation of the baseline, its consistency and completeness, and contribute to it, from the offer phase.
• Guarantee the validity of offer and project data, including supervision of the client repository.
• Consolidate offer and project dashboards based on collected information.
• Manage feedback for the benefit of future offers and projects: manage the associated process, collect and share feedback.

YOUR PROFILE

A graduate of an engineering school, you have confirmed experience of 10 years, including at least 5 years in offer and/or project management (PMO or PM) in a highly critical and complex national and/or international context.
