We are seeking an organized, data-driven, and people-focused Resource Manager to join our global team at Testronic.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure our testing teams are optimally staffed and supported — matching the right people with the right projects at the right time.
Working closely with Production, HR, Recruitment, Business Development, and the Global Program Director, you will balance operational efficiency with employee well-being, ensuring our testers thrive while delivering world-class results for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage tester allocation across global projects, ensuring optimal utilization and balanced workloads.
- Partner with Production and HR to forecast resource needs and plan future capacity.
- Monitor tester well-being and rotation to prevent burnout and support professional growth.
- Lead and develop the Resource Coordination team to deliver efficient, people-first operations.
- Collaborate with Facilities to optimize office space and project placement.
- Support audits and reporting through accurate data management and KPI tracking.
- Continuously refine resourcing processes, ensuring alignment across global sites.
- Present regular updates and reports to senior stakeholders on capacity, demand, and utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in resource management, staffing, or capacity planning.
- Strong data and analytical skills — comfortable managing large, complex datasets.
- Experience leading teams or coordinating across multiple departments.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Saviom or other resource-management systems.
- Background in business analysis or process optimization.
- Experience working within international teams or multi-site environments.
