Your missions:
As France Sales Manager for the Tactical Vehicles and Systems Business Line, you will be responsible for:
- Develop sales for the "Munitions, Weapons and Support" and "Upstream Concepts" segments in the French and Export markets,
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospect qualification to contract signing,
- Represent Thales to clients and partners, and maintain lasting trust relationships,
- Define and implement capture strategies to maximize market opportunities,
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, bid-management, etc.) to develop winning commercial proposals,
- Ensure regular reporting on commercial activities and the performance of actions taken.
- Steering the commercial strategy for the defined segments,
- Designing commercial offers in coordination with internal teams and partners,
- Negotiating and concluding contracts in compliance with internal processes and export rules,
- Developing new markets in France and internationally,
- Monitoring projects and commercial indicators, with updating of commercial databases,
- Contributing to the development of marketing messages and communication with clients.
Higher education and over 10 years of experience in:
- Selling complex solutions in the Defense sector or industrial markets,
- Mastery of sales techniques, negotiation, and long sales cycle management,
- Knowledge of the Ministry of Armed Forces' acquisition processes and specific requirements for Defense markets,
- Experience working in multi-team environments and with external partners.
