You will join our logistics department, where each member plays a key role in ensuring the fluidity of flows and the availability of essential parts and components for our industrial activity.

As a Versatile Logistics Agent (M/F), you are a central player in the management and traceability of physical and IT flows of goods, from their reception to their shipment, including inventory valuation and monitoring.

Your main missions:

• Welcome carriers, check delivery documents, unload trucks, USM, and inter-division pallets.
• Control the documentary and physical conformity of items upon receipt, manage disputes in case of non-conformity, and perform computerized inventory entry of accepted items.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and reliability of stocks, conduct regular inventories, and analyze recorded discrepancies.
• Prepare flows for the workshop, customers, or suppliers (Kanban launch, picking, standard exchanges...), perform and trace physical and IT movements (SAP) of goods.
• Drive motorized vehicles (trains/logistics) strictly following safety instructions, supply various internal delivery points, and collect products according to production needs.
• Perform picking and preparation of customer orders according to specific requirements, handle distribution disputes, and package products to ensure their integrity during transport.

Your profile

Do you have the ambition to contribute to the performance of a demanding industrial logistics organization?

Do you hold a logistics qualification and have initial experience in this field?

You possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in handling tools (forklifts, pallet trucks…)
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), comfortable with office tools.
• Ideally, notions of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
