1.负责海外游戏发行的整合内容创意支持;
2.在游戏研发、宣发阶段,深度参与创意方向讨论,从营销创意和内容创意的角度给出后续的创意方案及执行推进方向;
3.独立对接品牌、产品、研发侧的项目需求,并主导完成创意策划方案;
4.分发及管理外部供应商(国内&海外)推进创意内容的执行落地,跟进制作进度,给予准确的设计专业指导意见,并对品质负责,保障素材产出的策略一致性及高品质;
5.创意内容形式包括但不限于视频 KV、PV、线上线下互动创意、平面设计、线下活动、展会、周边、IP创意开发等内容,内容对标全球游戏品宣质量的高品质的品宣素材作品。
1.懂游戏,了解游戏不同垂直品类的文化(特别是二次元游戏产品及文化),有3-5年游戏行业、广告内容创意策划、海外发行等相关工作经历优先;
2.具备一定的创意策略能力:根据游戏产品的卖点与品牌策略,提出用户洞察、创意策略,协助产品、品牌前期梳理创意打法,产出创意campaign方案、素材创意方向、脚本大纲撰写、文案撰写等;
3.具有一定的美术类、多媒体影视类等设计专业制作流程的把控能力:优秀的审美能力,对平面设计、多媒体 PV、CG、等设计手段的制作流程、实现难点、制作费用等有一定的经验;
4.具有一定的分析能力,有学习和研究的热情、关注日韩欧美游戏市场趋势及审美动向,关注市场游戏广告视频形式,有敏锐的洞察力,乐于尝试不同的创意内容及形式;
5.具备日语,韩语或英语能力,可作为工作语言者优先。
