Job Summary
The 3D Animator will be responsible for creating high-quality animations using Motion Capture data and hand keying. They will re-target motion capture data to game characters and must be enthusiastic about improving creative and technical skills. Required skills include experience in character rigging, proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, a strong demo reel showcasing animation abilities, and a thorough understanding of classic animation principles. Experience with motion capture is an advantage. The candidate should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. They will be working on AAA game titles.
Must Have
- Experience in character rigging
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To create high quality animation using Motion Capture data and Hand key

- Must be enthusiastic about improving creative and technical skills, learn new tools and applications.
Required skills:
- Experience in character rigging (MUST)
- Experience in character modeling will be helpful
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Outstanding demo reel demonstrating strong animation ability and good aesthetic eye.
- Thorough understanding of classic animation principles (staging, timing, anticipation, follow through, etc.).
- Experience working on facial animation
- Experience with motion capture is an advantage. Must love games and be enthusiastic about working on AAA game titles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving skills
Software skills: Maya, Max, Photoshop
