Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking a 3D Animator who is also a skilled 3D Artist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating character animations, visual effects, and scenery. You will collaborate closely with Game Designers and Game Programmers. The ideal candidate will possess strong animation skills and the ability to produce high-quality graphics and assets for games. Responsibilities include creating efficient animation rigs, rigging and skinning characters according to game specifications, and developing human, robotic, and other complex rigs. You will also create 3D props, objects, and scenes using 3Ds Max and Blender, handle UV mapping and texture creation, and set up 3D cameras and lights. Additionally, you will create visual effects using 3Ds Max and Unity.
Must have:
- Proficient skills in 3Ds Max and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of animation principles
- Strong observation skills
- Ability to create animation with concept art
- Ability to produce realistic texture, light baking maps, and deliver high quality 3D art and assets
- Basic understanding of Unity 3D workflow
- Knowledge of rigging
- Experience of at least one commercial project
- Professional online work portfolio
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Substance Painter and PBR theory
- Previous experience of game production
- Passion for video games and mobile games
- Knowledge of different game genres and platforms
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills

Job Description
3D Animator who is basically a 3D Artist, may take on a variety of tasks to create character animation, visual effects and even scenery. 3D Animator will work closely with Game Designers and Game Programmers. 3D Animator Artists must have good animation skills as well as ability to produce high quality graphics and assets for games.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create efficient animation Rigs and Skin characters as per game specifications
- Create human rig, robotic rig and other types of complex rig
- Create 3D props, objects and scenes using 3Ds Max, Blender
- UV Mapping and Texture creation
- Setting up 3D cameras and lights
- Create visual effects using 3Ds Max and Unity
Essential Skills / Qualifications
- Proficient skills in 3Ds Max and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of animation principles
- Strong observation skills
- Knowledge of Substance Painter and understanding of using PBR, its theory and material creation is a plus
- Ability to create animation with concept art which helps to communicate the proposed visual elements during pre-production
- Ability to produce, realistic texture, light baking maps and deliver high quality 3D art and assets both in high poly and low poly
- Basic understanding of Unity 3D and its workflow and knowledge of rigging is a necessary

Additional Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Must have experience of at least one commercial project. Previous experience of game production is a plus
