2. Ensure the quality and progress of project animations, coordinate and promote smooth workflow.
3. Understand motion capture processes, use Motionbuilder to process motion capture data, and use software like MAYA/Unity/UE for secondary creation.
4. Develop work plans and collaborate closely with other teams.
1. Solid professional foundation in art and modeling, animation major preferred.
2. Love games, film and television, have rich gaming experience, or have a strong interest in game development.
3. Have a strong creative desire and be able to accurately express design intentions; be able to interpret the core of performance and emotional expression details well.
