2. Liaise with upstream and downstream teams, capable of reviewing CPs and guiding process standards, ensuring the quality of art assets.
3. Understand and follow up on the game's art style and quality, cooperate throughout the entire process to achieve the product's artistic effects.
1. Art-related major, with a solid art foundation, good design ability, and artistic literacy.
2. Possess proficient modeling skills, solid drawing techniques, and a good sense of color.
3. Proficient in Unreal Engine, skilled in operating 3ds Max/Maya, ZBrush/Mudbox, Substance Designer/Painter, Quixel Suite, Marvelous Designer, Photoshop, and other related production software.
4. Experience in complete next-gen project production is preferred; experience in vegetation-related production is preferred.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, strong team awareness, keen sense for new technologies, and strong learning ability.
6. Passionate about games, enthusiastic about game development, proactive in work.
