2. Interface with upstream and downstream work, with the ability to review CP and guide process standards, controlling the quality of art resources.
3. Understand and follow the game's art style and quality, coordinate throughout the entire production pipeline to achieve the product's artistic effects.
1. Art-related major, with a solid art foundation, good design ability, and artistic literacy.
2. Possess proficient modeling skills, solid drawing techniques, and a good sense of color.
3. Proficient in UE engine, skilled in 3dmax/Maya, Zbrush/Mudbox, Substance Designer/Painter, Quixel suit, Marvelous Designer, Photoshop, and other related production software.
4. Experience in complete next-gen project production is preferred, and experience in vegetation-related production is preferred.
5. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills, strong team awareness, a keen sense for new technologies, and strong learning ability.
6. Love games, passionate about game development, proactive in work.
