Job Description
As a 3D Animator at Limit Break, you will create animations for characters, monsters, mechs, and background props, ensuring they align with the game's vision and quality standards. Responsibilities include understanding production guidelines, utilizing skills to create 3D assets, and setting up rigs for various models. Experience in character animation and rigging for smartphone or high-end games is essential. You'll collaborate effectively and leverage tools like Maya and Motion Builder. The role involves working on various assets and potentially leading parts of the production process, managing assets, quality and schedules.
Must have:
- Smartphone game or high-end game character animation & rigging experience
- Flexible and collaborative communication skills
- Proficient in Maya, Motion Builder and other 3DCG tools
Good to have:
- Experience with related animation tools
- Unity development experience
- Leadership experience in production (asset, quality, schedule management)

仕事内容
制作タイトルに要求される指針・企画・品質を理解し、知識とスキルを駆使して世界観に合った素手や武器を含む3Dキャラクター、モンスター、メカ、背景プロップなどのアニメーションの制作を行います。またそれらに関連する各種モデルのリグセットアップも担当していただきます。
必須条件
- スマートフォンゲームまたはハイエンド機向けゲームのキャラクターアニメーション制作とリギングの経験
- 柔軟に対応し、信頼関係を築けるコミュニケーション能力
- Maya、Motion Builderなどの3DCG制作ツールの豊富な使用経験
歓迎条件
- モーション以外に関連ツールの制作実務経験
- Unityを使用した開発経験
- 制作パートのリーダー経験（アセット・クオリティ・スケジュール管理など）
