We’re looking for a 3PL Operations Manager to join our growing operations team and oversee Quince’s domestic warehouse and fulfillment network. In this role, you will own the day-to-day performance of our third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective fulfillment across all channels.

- Track, analyze, and enforce SLAs for order fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and on-time delivery performance.
- Optimize outbound operations—including picking, packing, carrier selection, and shipping speed—to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers, carriers, and 3PLs to ensure smooth freight flow, minimize delays, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Partner with internal inventory teams to manage stock levels, prevent stockouts, and ensure accurate transfers between facilities.
- Identify and resolve fulfillment issues such as delayed shipments, mispicks, or damaged goods, escalating to partners or carriers as needed.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fulfillment speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize WMS, OMS, and ERP system integrations for automation and visibility.
- Develop and maintain strong carrier and vendor relationships, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure compliance with performance standards.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track fulfillment KPIs, operational costs, and service quality.
- Partner cross-functionally with customer service, planning, and engineering teams to ensure smooth end-to-end fulfillment performance.
