As a primary point of contact for a leading global beauty brand during a critical transition phase, you will orchestrate a challenging landscape of internal and external stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse markets in Asia Pacific, GCC and MENA regions. This role requires a seasoned project manager with ability to manage large-scale projects, effectively prioritising competing demands, and consistently ensuring program objectives are met.
Must have:
  • Manage end-to-end transition process, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans with clear milestones and resource allocation.
  • Establish and maintain project governance framework, including regular status meetings.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for project-related communications to local markets.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Document key decisions and action items from meetings, distributing minutes promptly.
  • Develop onboarding materials, FAQs, presentations, and meeting cadences.
  • Oversee Tech & Tools workstream, coordinating Global IT and Hogarth Teams.
  • Track and report project progress against objectives and milestones to leadership.
  • Act as central liaison between client and regional Hogarth team.
  • Oversee communication efforts in each market, ensuring transparency and engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across client, Hogarth, and local teams.
  • Implement a robust communication plan to keep all parties informed.
  • Organize and lead regular project meetings, ensuring actionable takeaways.
  • Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with Hogarth Regional and Offshore teams for shared goals.
  • Facilitate alignment of client’s processes and systems with Hogarth’s operations.
  • Identify and implement best practices for managing transitions and multi-market projects.

Role Summary:

As a primary point of contact for a leading global beauty brand during a critical transition phase, you will orchestrate a challenging landscape of internal and external stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse markets in Asia Pacific, GCC and MENA regions. This role requires a seasoned project manager with ability to manage large-scale projects, effectively prioritising competing demands, and consistently ensuring program objectives are met.

This is a 3 months contract opportunity from October to end of December.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Project Management & Governance

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end transition process, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans with clear milestones and resource allocation - proactively monitoring progress and ensuring timely course correction and escalation of critical issues.
  • Establish and maintain project governance framework, including regular project status meeting
  • Serve as primary point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring timely and effective information flow to local markets and stakeholders.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Document all key decisions and action items from meetings and distributing meeting minutes promptly to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop onboarding materials, FAQs, presentation materials (PPT) and meeting cadences
  • Oversee Tech & Tools workstream, coordinating Global IT and Hogarth Teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Track and report on project progress against objectives and milestones. Provide regular updates to the working team and senior leadership.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the central liaison between client and regional team in Hogarth
  • Oversee communication efforts in each market being onboarded, ensuring transparency and engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders with client, Hogarth, and local market teams.
  • Implement a robust communication plan to keep all parties informed of progress, decisions, and impacts.
  • Organize and lead regular project meetings, ensuring actionable takeaways and follow-ups.
  • Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders promptly and effectively.

Alignment & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Hogarth Regional and Offshore team to ensure shared goals and deliverables.
  • Facilitate the alignment of client’s processes and systems with Hogarth’s operations.
  • Identify and implement best practices for managing transitions and multi-market projects.
