We are seeking a passionate and motivated Account Executive to elevate their sales career in the dynamic Construction Cloud Technology space. This role involves representing Autodesk Construction Solutions within an assigned territory, driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and managing renewals. You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, build key customer relationships, articulate the value of Autodesk's cloud-based platform, and collaborate with various internal teams to deliver impactful solutions and achieve sales quotas.
Must Have
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, meeting and exceeding quotas
- Drive new business by expanding existing accounts and managing renewals
- Take ownership of geographic territory and develop a business plan
- Build and nurture key relationships within accounts, including with executives
- Articulate the value of Autodesk’s cloud-based platform to potential customers
- Analyze competitive landscape and customer needs to strategically position solutions
- Collaborate with technical and customer success teams to deliver impactful proposals
- Partner with the business development team to generate leads and execute campaigns
- Provide accurate, ongoing forecasts of business performance
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying win-win solutions
- Share customer feedback with product, industry, and strategic marketing teams
- Support the development of customer success stories
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales or high-growth industries
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment

Responsibilities
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, focusing on meeting and exceeding quotas
- Drive new business by creatively expanding existing accounts and managing renewals in key accounts
- Take ownership of your geographic territory and develop a business plan to position Autodesk as the leading construction technology vendor
- Build and nurture key relationships within accounts, including with executives, to understand customer challenges and translate them into value-driven solutions
- Articulate the value of Autodesk’s cloud-based platform to potential customers
- Analyze the competitive landscape and customer needs to strategically position Autodesk’s solutions
- Collaborate with technical and customer success teams to deliver impactful proposals for new and existing customers
- Partner with the business development team to generate high-quality inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns
- Provide accurate, ongoing forecasts of business performance
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive revenue growth, enhance adoption programs, and strengthen relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying win-win solutions
- Share customer feedback regularly with product, industry, and strategic marketing teams to identify areas of strength and improvement
- Support the development of customer success stories to serve as references
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales or high-growth industries
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a hunger to learn
- Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills
- Previous experience in SaaS sales is desirable
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
