Job Summary

The Account Executive project manages all aspects of client marketing promotions for assigned brands, acting as the main point of contact for communication, timelines, and deliverables among vendors and client stakeholders. This role requires managing a high volume of projects simultaneously, adapting to changing business needs, and providing continuous thought leadership in consumer promotion.
Must Have
- Project manage client marketing promotions.

- Validate coupon proofs/offers from creative agencies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communication (2.8+ GPA).
- Minimum 18 months of relevant business experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail in project management.
- Intermediate-level math skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.

Summary of Position:
The Account Executive position project manages all aspects of the client’s marketing promotions for the assigned brands.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
- Act as main point of contact (project owner) managing communication, timelines and deliverables amongst all vendor(s) and client stakeholders for all assigned projects.
- Manage high volume of projects in various stages simultaneously.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing business needs and reprioritize accordingly.
- Work within client and supplier systems to set up coupon offers and barcodes.
- Scan, review, validate coupon proofs/offers from creative agency prior to being released to print vendor.
- Lead establishment and development of new or improved processes/procedures.
- Remain current on trends and innovation within the consumer promotion industry; provide continuous, applicable thought leadership to client.

- Bachelor’s in Business or Communication a 2.8+ GPA from four-year college or university
- Minimum 18 months of applicable business experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Ability to identify and provide creative solutions to challenges
- Able to deliver in a fast-paced environment and manage numerous projects consecutively while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Ability to do intermediate-level math (calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages)
- Strong written and oral communication skills; passionate about client services
