Job Summary

SS&C, a leading financial services and healthcare technology company, is seeking an Account Executive in New York City. This role involves creating new business opportunities and building relationships with financial institutions, focusing on regulatory and analytics solutions like FATCA, CRS, Form PF, and AIFMD Annex IV. The ideal candidate will partner with subject matter experts, maintain industry knowledge, and network at events, thriving in a dynamic, achievement-oriented culture. The position requires 8-12 years of financial services sales experience and strong communication and presentation skills.

Must Have

  • Create new business opportunities and build relationships with hedge funds, private equity firms, and other financial institutions
  • Focus on regulatory and analytics solutions (FATCA, CRS, Form PF, AIFMD Annex IV)
  • Partner with subject matter experts to navigate across solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of industry, data, stakeholder reporting, and regulatory challenges and trends
  • Attend and network at related industry events
  • Work within a dynamic setting in a culture that strives for and rewards achievement
  • 8-12 years of experience of financial services sales
  • Full sales cycle experience
  • A self-starter mindset
  • Demonstrable communication, presentation, relationship, and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully accomplish responsibilities in a high-pressure, high-workload environment
  • High level of comfort preparing and leading client presentations
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – specifically MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

What You Will Get To Do:

  • FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) reporting and compliance
  • A suite of regulatory reporting and compliance solutions, including Form PF and AIFMD Annex IV
  • Data analytics and reporting solutions for financial institutions
  • Partner with subject matter experts to navigate across solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of industry, data, stakeholder reporting, and regulatory challenges and trends
  • Attend and network at related industry events
  • Work within a dynamic setting in a culture that strives for and rewards achievement

What You Will Bring:

  • 8-12 years of experience of financial services sales; familiarity with regulatory trends and developments in the industry a plus
  • Full sales cycle experience
  • A self-starter mindset
  • Demonstrable communication, presentation, relationship, and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully accomplish responsibilities in a high-pressure, high-workload environment
  • High level of comfort preparing and leading client presentations

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions.

NY: Salary range for the position: $110,000 plus uncapped commission USD to $150,000 plus uncapped commission USD.
