Job Description

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you will drive new business growth for the Legend leisure management platform, focusing on clients in the leisure and recreation sector. This full-cycle sales role involves managing the entire sales journey from prospecting and discovery to deal closure and implementation handover. You will identify and engage new opportunities, build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success, directly contributing to Xplor’s growth and customer value.

Must Have:
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the leisure and recreation sector.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales support, implementation, and client services teams.
  • Actively contribute to lead sourcing efforts and support marketing campaigns.
  • Represent the Legend platform and Xplor brand professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • At least 3 years of experience in solution-based B2B sales with proven target achievement.
  • Strong consultative selling skills to build trusted relationships and tailor solutions.
  • Proactive approach to lead generation, including independent sourcing.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline.
  • Experience working collaboratively with marketing teams for demand generation.
  • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration for client onboarding and success.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth for our Legend leisure management platform, with a focus on clients in the leisure and recreation sector. This is a full-cycle sales role, responsible for managing the entire sales journey—from prospecting and discovery through to deal closure and handover for implementation.

You’ll be tasked with identifying and engaging new opportunities, building strong relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and long-term client success. Your efforts will directly contribute to Xplor’s growth, helping us deliver lasting value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the leisure and recreation sector.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery calls through to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, maintaining a healthy and well-qualified pipeline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales support, implementation, and client services teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
  • Actively contribute to lead sourcing efforts and support marketing campaigns that generate new opportunities.
  • Represent the Legend platform and Xplor brand with professionalism and a strong understanding of the product’s value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in solution-based B2B selling. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in solution-based B2B sales, with a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets across multiple product offerings.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • A proactive approach to lead generation, including the ability to independently source and develop new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline from prospecting through to deal closure.
  • Experience working collaboratively with marketing teams to support demand generation and campaign activity.
  • A track record of successful cross-functional collaboration, particularly with sales support, implementation, and client servicing teams, to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage sales activities and pipeline reporting.
  • Highly desirable: Experience in software/SaaS sales and exposure to tender processes or major bid submissions.
