This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales and a strong AI-driven mindset. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—while driving strategic growth across a diverse territory. Key responsibilities include driving new business, managing complex deals, consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of $2.9M+, developing and executing territory plans, leveraging AI tools for pipeline development and customer engagement, and collaborating cross-functionally.
Must Have

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Corporate Account Executive (AE IV) to join our high-performing Team West. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales and a strong AI-driven mindset. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—while driving strategic growth across a diverse territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive New Business: Act as a hunter to identify, engage, and close new enterprise accounts within your territory.
- Manage Complex Deals: Lead end-to-end enterprise-level deal management, including multi-stakeholder negotiations and executive-level presentations.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed an annual quota of $2.9M+.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute territory plans aligned with company objectives.
- Leverage AI Tools: Apply an AI-first approach to pipeline development, forecasting, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, SDRs, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 10–15 years in SaaS software sales with a focus on enterprise accounts.
- Mindset: AI-driven, innovative, and adaptable to emerging technologies.
- Sales Approach: Hunter mentality with a consultative, value-based selling style.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success managing large quotas ($2.9M+) and closing complex deals.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Pay Transparency Statement:
US Base Salary Range: $99,400.00 - $129,200.00
Base pay offered to new hires may vary based upon factors including relevant industry and job-related skills and experience, geographic location, and business needs.* The range displayed does not encompass the full potential of the role, which allows for further growth and career progression.
In addition, as a part of our total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Vertex Bonus Plan (VOB), a role-specific sales commission/bonus, and/or equity grants.
