This Account Executive (Real Estate) position with a leading real estate marketplace in Richmond, VA, requires leveraging real estate expertise and digital marketing passion to help realtors improve their marketing and expand their business. Responsibilities include building strong partnerships with real estate agents, expanding business through prospecting and closing deals, engaging through virtual presentations, achieving sales goals, collaborating with a team, and ensuring client success. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, be results-oriented, adaptable, and possess excellent customer service skills. The role offers competitive compensation (six-figure OTE), relocation support, and comprehensive training.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Strong Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents to drive subscriptions and increase advertising revenue.
  • Expand Business: Prospect, close new deals, and drive growth on our client’s platform.
  • Engage Through Virtual Presentations: Present and demonstrate the benefits of our client’s offerings to convert leads into long-term, loyal users.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high performance standards.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with a motivated team to drive collective revenue growth and share best practices.
  • Focus on Client Success: Provide excellent customer service, customize solutions to meet client needs, and ensure clients achieve success using our client’s platform.
