We seek a Senior Account Manager for the Sales team, focused on generating revenue by commercializing products/services, identifying clients, and closing deals. This role provides strategic support to clients, combining commercial, technical, and relationship skills to drive business growth through TelevisaUnivision's digital ecosystem. You will develop and manage relationships directly with advertisers and media agencies, handling administrative tasks and campaign optimization in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Provide excellent customer service, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Leverage existing resources for optimization, marketing, and technical support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Ops, marketing, admin) for integrated solutions.
  • Stay updated on digital market and streaming industry trends, including ViX formats.
  • Monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare tracking reports and manage revenue recognition with Sales Administration.
  • Address client concerns, promptly resolving inquiries and issues.
  • Provide proactive support, anticipating challenges and offering preventive solutions.
  • Coordinate internal projects and resources for successful campaign delivery.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to clearly communicate results to clients.
  • 3 years of experience in account management, sales, and digital/media/advertising marketing.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with customer service dedication.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to complete high-volume, high-quality work quickly.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Data analysis to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, effective communication, customer orientation, strategic thinking, teamwork, adaptability.

TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Senior Account Manager for the Sales area.

The Sales area focuses on generating revenue through the commercialization of products or services, identifying clients, developing strategies, and closing deals to meet sales goals.

About you:

Provide clients with strategic support that combines commercial, technical, and relationship skills to drive the growth of clients' businesses through the TelevisaUnivision digital ecosystem. Develop and manage relationships directly with advertisers and media agencies, being able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, as well as control the administrative part and campaign optimization.

Your day to day:

  • Provide excellent customer service by proactively and creatively identifying and resolving client problems, working on the continuous development of TelevisaUnivision's digital offering, optimizing client campaign results.
  • Leverage existing resources including optimization, marketing, and technical support, identifying opportunities to increase advertiser performance and investment.
  • Collaborate closely with other internal TelevisaUnivision teams such as Ad Ops, marketing, and administration to ensure the delivery of comprehensive solutions while maintaining clear and open communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Stay up to date with the latest news and trends in the digital market and the streaming industry, as well as ViX formats and solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare tracking reports and manage revenue recognition with Sales Administration at the end of each month.
  • Address client concerns: quickly respond to and resolve client inquiries and problems.
  • Provide proactive support by anticipating potential challenges and offering preventive solutions.
  • Coordinate internal projects and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results to clients clearly and concisely.

You must have:

  • 3 years of experience in account management, sales, and marketing in the digital, media, or advertising industry.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and show dedication to customer services.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational skills.
  • Data analysis, ability to analyze large data sets,
