Job Description

The Account Manager CC Tohoku role involves selling biomedical information monitoring systems and clinical information systems used in acute care to major hospitals, including university hospitals, core hospitals, and national centers. The role requires interacting with doctors, nurses, and technicians to improve the quality of medical care in Japan. Responsibilities include visiting hospitals and agents, introducing, proposing, explaining, and selling products. The work is primarily sales activities for customers in the area based in Sendai. It also involves formulating sales strategies for the area and executing them based on the approval of superiors. There is a mobile environment set up so that you can go out to customers with peace of mind, even if you go directly to and return from the customer. This allows you to work with customers from a broad perspective.
Must have:
  • Sales experience with medical equipment, hospital systems.
  • Sales experience in the medical device or IT industry.
  • Basic Japanese language proficiency is required
  • Hold a driver's license
Good to have:
  • Experience as a Clinical Engineer.
  • Certification as a medical information technician.
  • English: reading and writing proficiency.
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry

あなたの役割:

営業職 生体情報モニタリングシステム (仙台勤務)

急性期医療で使用される、生体情報モニタやクリニカルインフォメーションシステムを大学病院を始め、基幹病院やナショナルセンターといった大規模病院のアカウントマネージャーとして、医師、ナース、技師と商談を進め、日本の医療の質向上に貢献することを目指していただきます。

職務内容:

ご経験を第一に考え、当社の医療機器の営業をご担当頂きます。世界No.1シェアの高品質な製品を日本市場で更に拡販すべく一緒に活躍できるスタッフを求めています。

具体的には、病院・代理店などを訪問し製品の紹介・提案・説明・販売を行っていただきます。

営業スタイル:

仙台を拠点に担当エリア内のお客様に対する営業活動が主な仕事です。エリア内の営業戦略を立案して上司の承認に基づき実行します。直行・直帰でも活動できるようにモバイル環境を整えているので、安心してお客様のもとへ外出できます。チームとしてお客様と接することもあり、幅広い視野でお客様と向き合える仕事です。

このポジションに求められる実務経験 :

■大学病院、基幹病院向けの医療機器、病院システム(PACS、電子カルテ、その他、院内システム)の取り扱い営業経験

■医療機器業界、IT業界在籍中で、ヘルスケア業界に強い興味のある営業経験の方

■普通自動車免許

尚可:

■臨床工学技士、第1種及び第2種ME技術実力検定資格取得者

■医療情報技師能力検定試験合格者

語学:

■日本語:ネイティブレベル
■英語:読み書きレベル 学ぶ意欲がある方歓迎

【契約期間】期間の定めなし

【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)

【業務内容】(雇入れ直後)上記のとおり(変更の範囲)会社の定める業務

【就業場所】(雇入れ直後)東北支店(宮城県仙台市青葉区国分町3-6-1仙台パークビル3階)(変更の範囲)当社拠点全般。配置転換により当社拠点全般に異動の可能性あり

【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間:原則として12:00-13:00

【勤務形態】事業場外みなし労働時間制

【休日】毎週土曜日(所定休日)、日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日-1月4日)

【休暇】初年度有給休暇 最大20日間(2年度~5年度 20日/6年度以降 25日 付与)、CareLeave(年間10日間)、Sick Leave(年間最大30日間)ほか

【時間外労働】あり みなし勤務時間制(事業場外労働制)

【給与】基本給 年収550~750万円 ご経験により考慮します

※30時間分のみなし勤務手当を含む

※みなし勤務手当は残業がない場合も支給し、超過分は別途支給します

【賞与】インセンティブ 30%

※インセンティブは毎年3月に支給。(会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動あり)

※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり

【手当】通勤手当の支給なし(交通費実費支給)
