As a Service Coordinator and Resource Planner at Philips Nordic Customer Care Center you will serves as an ambassador for Philips Health Systems, ensuring exemplary customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.
Your Role:
- Handle all types of inquiries related to Philips products and services, ensuring they are documented according to quality standards.
- Communicate and lead the execution of short, mid, and long-term resource plans, ensuring effective resource allocation to meet service demands while aligning with organizational goals and customer obligations.
- Lead the coordination of daily schedules, resolving complex scheduling conflicts to optimize service resource utilization and minimize service disruptions.
- Maintain detailed records of service resource activities, assignments, and performance metrics to support accurate reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and SLAs across all resource planning activities.
- Act as a key contact for escalated resource planning issues, providing guidance, support, and recommendations to resolve challenges and ensure smooth, uninterrupted service operations.
You're the Right Fit if:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in roles such as Operations Coordinator, Supply Chain Management, Customer Services, Resource Planning, or similar
- You are service-oriented, meticulous, and experienced in working within a customer-focused environment, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- You thrive as a team player with a proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and possess strong communication skills.
- You are fluent in Swedish, English, and Finnish, both verbal and written.
