Job Description

Philips is seeking an AI First Full Stack Tech Lead to design and develop agentic AI systems for CRM platforms. The role involves building and integrating AI/ML and LLM-based models using frameworks like OpenAI and LangChain, architecting MCP servers, and designing AI-driven development and testing frameworks. The lead will collaborate with CRM teams, implement microservices, drive MLOps, ensure security, and mentor developers to build Philips' AI capabilities.
Must Have:
  • Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems capable of executing autonomous actions across CRM platforms.
  • Build and integrate AI/ML and LLM-based models into enterprise applications, leveraging frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and LangChain.
  • Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools to support AI-driven workflows.
  • Design AI-driven development and testing frameworks to accelerate innovation.
  • Collaborate with CRM teams (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to align AI solutions with existing CPQ/CLM processes.
  • Implement microservices and APIs for seamless integration with enterprise applications.
  • Drive MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, authentication, and data validation standards.
  • Mentor developers and contribute to building a strong AI capability foundation within Philips.
  • Core Skills: React.js, PostgreSQL, Java Spring Boot, Python and Microservices / API integration, CI/CD.
  • AI Skills: AI-driven Development and testing, Designing agentic workflows and AI-driven automation, Utilizing and integrating LLM’s, MCP, and tools into applications, Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain), Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings for search/recommendations.
  • 10+ years in the above technologies.
  • Proven hands-on experience delivering projects with these tech stacks.
  • Strong AI skills (e.g., ML model integration, agentic workflows, LLM-based solutions).

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor developers and contribute to building a strong AI capability foundation within Philips.
