Job Description

Publicis Le Pont is seeking an Account Supervisor to manage localization and amplification campaigns for an international client, covering ATL, digital, and e-commerce. The role involves gaining knowledge of diverse working methods and localizing 360 campaigns, managing integrated advertising campaigns, and exploring business development opportunities for new budgets. The Account Supervisor will also lead a team, ensure quality and efficiency of work, and control team performance. This is a full-time, hybrid position with high working flexibility, including the "Work Your World" program allowing work from any location globally for six weeks a year. Overview

  • Being a partner of an international Client for localization and amplification campaigns (ATL, digital, eCommerce); 
  • Gaining perfect knowledge about diverse ways of working and localizing 360 campaigns; 
  • Managing integrated advertising campaigns; 
  • Mapping possibilities for business development and acquisition of new budgets; 
  • Managing a team of employees; 
  • Controlling and taking responsibility for the quality and efficiency of the teamswork. 

Qualifications

  • Few years of experience working in an advertising agency; 
  • Fluent business English – both written and spoken is a must; 
  • Experience in working with an international Client; 
  • Proficiency in conducting integrated advertising campaigns; 
  • Ability to manage working time, budgets, and the development of a team of several employees; 
  • Ability to easily establish contact and build long-term relationships with the Clients; 
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment; 
  • A very good and efficient time management and planning skills; 
  • Self-starter, fast-learner, and a can-do spirit.
