Must Have

• Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (from 3rd semester onwards)
• Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Clear communication and ability to work effectively in a team
• Support operational data analysis using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python
• Contribute insights and proposals for process improvement
• Participate in building dashboards and management reports
• Interact with different areas to understand demands and propose solutions
• Monitor indicators and support decision-making

• Intermediate English
