Overview
Martin Retail Group has an outstanding opportunity for an Account Executive to join our National Cadillac team in Warren, MI with flexibility to work out of our Troy office. The individual will support the communication and marketing needs of our client and the Martin Retail field organization.
Responsibilities
- Gathering, organizing, and analyzing key data as well as information about marketing details for the client and managing its communication
- Writing and building clear, persuasive PowerPoint presentations and other client, communication materials
- Updating and maintaining status reports, spreadsheets, and other tracking documents
- Attending and participating in certain client meetings and providing detailed and specific summaries of discussions
- Assisting with fostering and maintaining strong client and team relationships
- Assisting in developing necessary strategic and tactical plans to help ensure client/agency goal achievement
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 2 years+ agency account management experience; some on automotive retail preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, driven, atmosphere
- Strategic mindset and analytical thinker
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter who can work independently – and with a team-based mentality
- Solid project management capabilities

Additional information
Compensation Range: $51,900 - $62,300. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
