To reinforce our offices in Brussels and Antwerp, we are looking for an Accounting Manager
Your impact
As a Accounting Manager at Pwc Business Services, you will be deployed within companies to work autonomously. You will get the opportunity to work for diverse clients like multinationals and SMEs, active in a variety of industries. That means that you will constantly evolve by learning new and different skills depending on the client’s needs.
Your project basis will be to offer our clients the best services as an all-round accountant Manager within the following wide range of tasks:
Supporting management with analysis and reports of company financial drivers: creating management reports, defining reporting processes, preparing budget, making monthly, quarterly and yearly reports;
Coordinating and/or leading closing and reporting (legal/management);
Presenting complex financial situations, analysis and results in a clear way to the client and to different external parties;
Setting up business models;
You will also have an advisory role: you will constantly keep an eye out for possible risks and opportunities that are relevant for them;
Managing difficult and complex situations at the client;
Preparing and facilitating firm training sessions on a variety of topics and methodologies;
You are responsible for managing people: coaching a little team, planning and monitoring activities, sharing knowledge, ...
About you
Bachelor's or master's degree in Accountancy/Finance;
At least 8 years of relevant experience in accounting (Belgian GAAP);
Your mother tongue is Dutch or French and you express yourself fluently in English;
Familiar with MS Office and any accounting software;
You are client-minded and business development-oriented;
You are able to work on your own and you have a good sense of responsibility;
You are dynamic, flexible and professional.
