Job Description

Valeo is seeking a Finance Trainee/Apprentice for Accounting Suppliers in Martos. The role involves recording accounting transactions, checking primary document requirements, archiving records, and executing subsequent operations in the account system. Responsibilities also include preparing balance sheet justifications, supporting monthly closings, and assisting with audits and tax checks. The trainee will communicate with internal and external partners, resolve accounting differences, and approve e-proc requests, contributing to the Group's Ethics & Compliance program.

Must Have:

Record accounting transactions according to local law and MAF standards.
Check primary document requirements (master data, reception).
Archive records.
Execute subsequent operations in the account system (unblocking for payment, payments processing, items clearing).
Observe/check observance of internal audit LSF rules.
Prepare Balance Sheet justifications (payables sub ledger).
Prepare monthly closing supporting documentation.
Prepare supporting documents for audits and Tax checks.
Communicate with external and internal partners.
Account for and solve differences (price, volume, payment).
Approve E-proc requests (check account number).
Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program.
