① Responsible development area, business overview, and role/position within R&D of the affiliated organization

Promotion of in-vehicle software development process construction and quality improvement activities.

• Construction and execution promotion of in-house software development processes.
• Technology development for software quality assurance and software auditing (Software Quality Assurance).
• Planning and promotion of activities to improve supplier software development capabilities and quality.

② Specific job duties and expected role/position within and outside the department

• Construction of in-house software development processes
• Construction and operation of software development processes for in-house development, considering SPICE/ISO26262/ISO21434, etc.
• Technology development for software quality assurance and software auditing
• Promotion of quality improvement activities aimed at ensuring overall vehicle software quality, including in-house developed and supplier-developed software.
• Development of design methods and tools for software quality improvement.

Compensation Range

Monthly Salary (Reference Value):
