Job Description

1. Role and Position within R&D for the assigned development area and business overview of the department

This role involves gathering extensive information on strategies for various technology areas such as autonomous driving, connected cars, and SDV (Software Defined Vehicle), as well as market regulatory trends and other product needs. Based on this, you will formulate the electronic architecture strategy for vehicles to efficiently integrate these requirements into products (cars). You will lead a team of one or two members to execute these tasks.

2. Specific Job Responsibilities and Expected Role/Position within and outside the Department

This role contributes to improving vehicle appeal and cost competitiveness.

1. Investigate and organize information on product items to be adopted in future vehicles, strategic roadmaps for autonomous driving, connected, and SDV technologies, and regulatory requirements, in collaboration with relevant departments.

2. Based on the organized information, formulate electronic architecture strategies for future vehicles to efficiently integrate the required demands, and propose these strategies to top management within the company.

The team consists of about 5 people, forming a team with several colleagues and subordinates under a manager or assistant manager. We strive to work together as one towards common goals, rather than as individual players. We maintain constant communication, showing interest not only in our own tasks but also in those of others.

Salary Range

• Monthly Salary (Reference Value):

230,000 JPY to 439,000 JPY

*Determined comprehensively considering experience and expertise.

• Estimated Annual Income (Reference Value):

Approximately 4.1 million JPY to 7.6 million JPY

*Monthly salary x 12 months + Bonus (estimated value)

*Bonus amount is a reference value; actual payment timing, amount, and conditions will be determined separately.

*Overtime allowance, etc., will be paid separately based on employee wage regulations.
