Main Tasks

① Development Area, Business Overview, and Role within R&D

We are developing HMI for ProPILOT and 360° Safety Assist systems deployed globally. This HMI involves various ProPILOT function settings and displays in the meter menu. This position will be responsible for reviewing functional and display requirements in compliance with regulations.

Example: Setting inter-vehicle distance, displaying speed limits, displaying alertness to prevent drowsy driving, etc.

② Specific Job Content and Expected Role within and outside the Department

(Early Development Phase)

  • Review HMI specifications for ProPILOT and Safety Assist Systems (ADAS) for each vehicle and market.
  • Emphasize the use of Systems Engineering and MBSE to analyze stakeholder requirements and develop easy-to-understand HMI specifications.
  • Validate design specifications using simulations in logic design.
  • Break down system requirements into component specifications.

(Mid-Development Phase)

  • Functional verification using digital environments, test bench equipment, and actual vehicles.

(Late Development Phase)

  • Provide systems and software that have completed system operation verification and ensured market quality.

Compensation

  • Annual income range: Monthly salary (Reference value)

230,000 JPY to 439,000 JPY

  • Estimated annual income (Reference value)

Approximately 4.1 million JPY to 7.6 million JPY

  • *Monthly salary x 12 months + Bonus (目安値)*
  • *Bonus amount is a reference value; actual payment timing, amount, and payment conditions will be determined separately.*
