The team's unique client-centric culture is integrated into each project and reflects a passion for the built environment and staying true to the client’s vision.\n\n## Job Description\n\n* Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner\n* Assist the team with daily tasks to support the business\n* Support the team through training and how to’s as required\n* Ensure the team meets BMS compliance\n* Ensure that documents sent to clients have gone through a quality check when required\n* Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors, managing calls, and handling front desk inquiries professionally.\n* Assist with responding and attending general queries from the team and supporting in administrative tasks\n* Training in the business systems used on a regular basis\n* Conducting the onboarding process\n* Ensure the team are compliant in the various areas of business management systems within the set deadlines\n* Document formatting using Microsoft Office for bids, proposals, and other professional materials.\n* Monitor and respond to emails as needed to support daily operations.\n* Expense claim preparation/submission\n* Ensure the breakout area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.\n\n## Qualifications\n\n* 1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role\n* Business administration/management qualification or relevant experience.\n* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word is a MUST\n* Experience with D365, Teams and Sharepoint would be an advantage\n* Process driven and ability to prioritise competing demands.\n* Proactive approach with the ability to drive compliance requirements of the team.\n* Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.\n* Possesses tact, diplomacy and assertiveness to achieve objectives\n* Proven strong administrative ability and excellent organisational and communication skills\n* Strong attention to detail\n* Reliable, approachable, and professional attitude.\n\n## Additional Information\n\nTurner & Townsend is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
