Job Description

As an Administration & Payroll Junior Specialist with French, you will perform administrative and payroll tasks for employees based in France, including managing personnel & payroll data, benefits, and talent administration. You will provide payroll and administrative support for approximately 1000 employees, collaborating with HR Managers, Reward Partners, and line managers to investigate cases and answer queries. You will process changes in employees’ employment lifecycle in accordance with country payroll calendars and global guidelines, including new hires, transfers, terminations, time & attendance, benefits, and payroll data input to Workday and SAP HR.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or vocational degree
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service or similar
  • Fluent in both English and French languages
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate pro-active behavior
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of Workday
  • Knowledge of SNOW
  • Knowledge of Excel

Job Details

As an Administration & Payroll Junior Specialist with French you will perform administrative and payroll tasks for employees based in France including managing personnel & payroll data, benefits and talent administration.

In this role you will:

  • Assuring both payroll and administrative support for around 1000 employees population;
  • You will be the part of Philips People Sevices based in Łódź, collaborating closely with members of country local team. You will be liaising with HR Managers, Reward Partners and line managers in order to investigate particular employees’ cases and answering employees queries;
  • Processing changes in employees’ employment lifecycle in accordance with country payroll calendar and global guidelines like: new hire, transfer, termination, time & attendance, benefits, payroll data input to Workday, SAP HR;
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in regional/global improvement projects and deliver sound customer solutions. Thanks to the holistic approach to customer service, you can quickly broader your knowledge about systems, french labour law and payroll. The work can be done in the hybrid model;

You're the right fit if:
