Job Description

As a Services Support Graduate, you will join the Health Systems Services Delivery team in KSA, focusing on continuous improvement and 'best in class' service quality. Your role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Philips Healthcare equipment, ensuring quality standards, and submitting accurate service data. You will also act as a professional representative for Philips, addressing customer needs and identifying potential commercial leads. This 12-month program offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and grow within a multinational company.
Must have:
  • Install Philips Healthcare (PH) equipment according to standards
  • Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications within scheduled time and quality standards
  • Perform corrective maintenance, supported by tier-2 support helpdesk
  • Submit timely and accurate service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, radiation film badges, field problem reports and other paperwork
  • Be aware of customer needs and potential commercial leads through customer visits and provide feedback to management
  • Be a professional representative for PH with respect to customer problems, ensuring personal acceptability by the customer
  • Be a post-2023 Bachelor / Master graduate of Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Be fluent in English, verbal and written, in addition to local language
  • Be customer-oriented
  • Be available for business trips (driving license needed) inside the KSA

Job Description

Location: Jeddah, KSA

Start date: September 2025

Contract: 1 year

As a Services Support Graduate you will become a part of Health Systems Services Delivery team in KSA that is highly energized and eager to win. In this team, we value diversity among team members, ownership, out-of-the-box thinking and ideas to strengthen our marketing strategy. We closely collaborate with other functions to deliver the best possible support for our customers and patients. By having you in this team we will ensure continues improvement approach on ‘best in class’ service quality to our consumers on daily basis.

Your role:

  • Install Philips Healthcare (PH) equipment according to standards with respect to quality and installation time as set by PH
  • Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications within the scheduled time and to the quality standards set by PH
  • Perform corrective maintenance, supported when necessary by tier-2 support helpdesk
  • Submit timely and accurate service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, radiation film badges, field problem reports and other paperwork as assigned
  • Being aware of customer needs and potential commercial leads (Philips Lifecycle Solutions – PLS) through customer visits and provide feedback and recommendations to the management, relevant people within the organization
  • Being a professional representative for PH with respect to customer problems, ensuring personal acceptability by the customer in appearance and behavior in accordance with PH policy and targets

  • You are a post-2023 Bachelor / Master graduate of Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Have experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systems as an asset
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language

  • Available for business trips (driving license needed) inside the KSA
