1. Responsible for optimizing and improving the company's administrative service desk processes, ensuring the office environment and order.
2. Responsible for data review and analysis of administrative-related expenses.
3. Responsible for the continuous optimization of the company's administrative soft services.
4. Responsible for managing other daily administrative affairs of the company, such as property and business travel.
5. Responsible for internal and external administrative reception for the company.
6. Responsible for drafting internal administrative notices and operating the administrative subscription account.
7. Other temporary departmental tasks.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of administrative work experience (team management experience preferred).
2. Strong communication and coordination skills, and emergency handling ability.
3. Strong service awareness and affinity.
4. Strong self-drive and sense of responsibility, strong execution, and good at thinking.
