LeadVenture is seeking an Advertising Specialist to join their team in Belize. This role involves assisting the SEM Department in creating and managing successful Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Advertising accounts to drive traffic and conversions for clients. Key responsibilities include working with Account Managers, generating monthly reports, managing daily SEM tasks, staying updated on best practices, proofreading content, producing ads, and researching campaign data. Candidates should have an Associate's Degree or relevant experience, strong communication, organizational, time management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Must Have:
  • Work closely with Account Managers to assist with the dealer’s SEM tactics
  • Create monthly reports of marketing campaign results and accomplishments
  • Manage day-to-day SEM tasks and projects within Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Stay up to date with current SEM standards and search engine marketing best practices
  • Proofreading written content for grammatical and accuracy issues
  • Producing publish-ready written and display ads
  • Researching and gathering account/campaign data
  • Associate´s Degree in English, Business Administration, or a related field, OR previous experience in similar roles
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient organizational, time management and analytical skills
  • Critical thinking skills

  • Manage day-to-day SEM tasks and projects within Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Microsoft Advertising

  • Any other additional duties assigned from time to time

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
