SEO Lead

As an SEO Lead, you will be pivotal in driving the success of SEO and GEO projects for Level AI. This involves identifying relevant keywords and prompts, creating optimized content, and obtaining backlinks and citations to significantly boost inbound organic traffic. The role encompasses defining comprehensive SEO strategy, hands-on content creation, authority building, and technical SEO, all aimed at enhancing customer experience and accelerating growth.

Must Have

• Drive SEO and GEO project success for Level AI.
• Identify relevant keywords and prompts using SEO tools.
• Define comprehensive content strategy.
• Benchmark competitor SEO & GEO strategies.
• Track and report on organic traffic performance.
• Create SEO & GEO optimized content (blogs, FAQs, articles).
• Develop and share SEO & GEO content guidelines.
• Build and maintain presence on authoritative sources (Wikidata, Reddit).
• Conduct outreach for backlinks and brand mentions.
• Possess knowledge of technical SEO & GEO website optimization.
• Suggest UX enhancements based on SEO insights.
• 3-5 years B2B SEO & GEO experience in SaaS.
• Proven track record in creating SEO & GEO content.
• Experience in SEO & GEO authority building.

Good to Have

• Experience creating & managing a Reddit community.
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, SEOMonitor.
• Knowledge of technical audit requirements for SEO & GEO.

You would be responsible for driving the success of SEO and GEO projects. This would involve identifying relevant keywords & prompts using tools, creating relevant content and obtaining backlinks/ citations to drive inbound organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO & GEO strategy

• Prompt & keywords strategy: Identify relevant keywords and prompts using tools like SEOmonitor, Profound etc.
• Content strategy: Define overall content strategy including main/pillar topics & related sub-topics
• Competitor tracking: Conduct benchmarking with competitor’s SEO & GEO strategy & content
• Reporting & analytics: Track performance on these prompts & keywords and on overall organic traffic

2. Content creation (priority)

• SEO & GEO optimized content creation: On a regular basis, create structured & optimized content including blogs, FAQs, articles, schema etc.; Share SEO & GEO content guidelines with broader product marketing team

3. Authority building

• Authoritative sources presence: Build and maintain our presence on authoritative sources like Wikidata and Reddit (including subreddit engagement and tracking)
• Backlinks/ citation Building: Conduct outreach and obtain passive and paid brand mentions in relevant 3rd party sites

4. Technical SEO & GEO

• Technical audits: Have knowledge of key areas required to be optimized in the website for SEO & GEO for sharing with website development teams These include indexing, crawl efficiency, core web vitals etc.
• CRO & UX: Share suggestions with website development team to implement UX enhancements based on SEO insights to improve conversion rates

About You:

• Overall experience: 3-5 years in B2B SEO & GEO as part of a SaaS focussed SEO/ GEO agency or a B2B SaaS company
• Essential:
• Have hands-on experience & track record in creating relevant content for SEO & GEO; Additionally, have experience in SEO & GEO authority building
• Good to have:
• Have experience creating & managing a Reddit community
• Have knowledge of relevant tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, SEOMonitor etc.
• Have knowledge of technical audit requirements for SEO & GEO
