We are looking for an "Agile Coach" to lead and drive Agile transformation across the organization. This role is critical in fostering an Agile mindset, optimizing processes, and enabling teams to become high-performing, self-organized, and aligned with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience as an Agile Coach, with deep knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS.
*Strong background in training, mentoring, and coaching teams at different levels of Agile maturity.
*Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders in Agile adoption.
*Passion for continuous improvement, fostering an environment where teams are empowered to grow and innovate.
*PSM I, PSPO I, and PAL I certifications are mandatory.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive change effectively.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and execute Agile transformation strategies, ensuring company-wide adoption of Agile principles.
*Guide teams in the effective application of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency, flexibility, and collaboration.
*Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile values, supporting their journey toward self-organization and continuous improvement.
*Enable teams to make independent decisions while staying aligned with organizational objectives.
*Promote a culture of continuous learning and feedback, facilitating retrospectives and feedback loops to drive meaningful change.
*Assess and track Agile maturity at the organizational level, implementing relevant metrics and tools to measure Agile adoption and effectiveness.
*Partner with stakeholders and senior leadership, offering strategic guidance on Agile implementation for key projects and initiatives.
