Job Description

Revolgy, a premier Google Cloud Partner, is seeking an AI-Powered Growth Analyst to lead the integration of AI into its sales and account strategy. This fully remote role involves leveraging generative AI tools like Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to synthesize data, develop dynamic account plans, proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, automate intelligence gathering, and provide actionable reports to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of analytical experience in B2B tech, hands-on generative AI tool experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, autonomous approach.
Good To Have:
  • Experience within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or Account-Based Selling (ABS) principles.
  • Experience working with customers in the CEE, Nordics, or UK/IE markets.
Must Have:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role within a B2B technology, IT services, or SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) to research, analyze, and synthesize information.
  • A proactive mindset with a talent for identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for a non-technical audience.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn, with a strong interest in AI, APIs, and automating workflows.
  • Organized and autonomous, with the ability to take full ownership of projects and deliver results with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.

Contract Type ✍️ This position is open for candidates interested in employment in CZ, SK, UK or EE or as a Business-to-Business (B2B) contract position in countries in Europe.

What will you do? πŸ”§

  • AI-Powered Intelligence Gathering: Leverage leading generative AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) to synthesise unstructured data from diverse sources and uncover key business drivers, pain points, and buying signals.
  • Dynamic Plan Development: Translate your analytical findings into living, breathing account and deal plans within our CRM, ensuring they are constantly updated with fresh, AI-generated insights.
  • Proactive Opportunity Sourcing: Go beyond requested analysis to proactively identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our strategic accounts, directly feeding the sales pipeline.
  • Intelligence Automation: Act as the team's power user for generative AI tools, championing best practices, testing new features, and creating repeatable workflows to automate intelligence gathering.
  • Actionable Reporting: Synthesise complex findings into concise briefs, reports, and dashboards, working side-by-side with the sales team to ensure they can confidently use your insights in customer conversations.
