AI Researcher (3D Vision)
Job Description
- Passion for Gaming (e.g., 300+ hours of gaming experience per year preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (UE), Unity, or Blender.
- Publications in top-tier conferences or journals or outstanding performance in relevant competitions.
- Master’s degree or above in Image Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in 3D Vision Algorithms (e.g., monocular motion capture, lip-sync generation, 3D scene understanding).
- Proficiency in 3D Reconstruction and Generation Algorithms (e.g., 3D scene reconstruction, 3D generation, world models).
- Strong foundation in computer vision, deep learning, or multimodal large language model algorithms.
- Excellent coding ability with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Exceptional analytical, modeling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong business acumen, teamwork, communication, and self-motivation.

1. Research and develop advanced algorithms and technologies related to 3D vision or generative understanding;
2. Investigate cutting-edge large model and 3D vision technologies, exploring their potential applications in game development scenarios;
3. Collaborate closely with team members to complete development, testing, and deployment tasks.
Who We Look For
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or above in Image Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
3. Proficiency in one or more of the following areas:
- 3D Vision Algorithms: e.g., monocular motion capture, lip-sync generation, 3D scene understanding.
- 3D Reconstruction and Generation Algorithms: e.g., 3D scene reconstruction, 3D generation, world models.
4. Strong foundation in computer vision, deep learning, or multimodal large language model algorithms.
5. Excellent coding ability with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
6. Exceptional analytical, modeling, and problem-solving abilities, with strong business acumen, teamwork, communication, and self-motivation.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Passion for Gaming: Genuine enthusiasm for games and the gaming industry (e.g. 300+ hours of gaming experience per year preferred).
2. 3D Engine Experience: Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (UE), Unity, or Blender.
3. Publications in top-tier conferences or journals, or outstanding performance in relevant competitions, will be considered a strong plus.
