ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is seeking an AI Technology Coach for a client in the Belgian health insurance sector in Brussels. This role involves guiding DevOps teams in integrating AI tools into the Software Development Life Cycle within an Agile DevOps context. The coach will support teams in rethinking work processes, effectively using AI in sprint planning and delivery, and fostering cultural change. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with empathetic coaching skills to motivate teams and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration.
Must have:
  • Support teams in rethinking work processes and guide effective AI use during sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery.
  • Bring technology, team dynamics, and organizational culture together in concrete change using Agile coaching and Scrum frameworks.
  • Motivate teams, recognize resistance, and turn them into learning moments.
  • Communicate clearly at all organizational levels and facilitate workshops, technical dialogues, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Make complex AI concepts accessible and inspire teams with a clear vision of the future.
  • Combine technological depth with a strong coaching approach.
  • Think strategically about integrating AI solutions into existing development pipelines at scale.
  • Get colleagues excited about AI possibilities and enthuse them about change by making AI tangible, relevant, and workable.
Good to have:
  • Fascination by the role of AI in Infrastructure as Code, observability, testing, and broader SDLC.

Job Description

ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for an AI Technology Consultant for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian health insurance domain.

Context

As part of our client’s future-oriented digital transformation, we are looking for Technology Coaches with a passion for innovation and a strong motivation to integrate AI tools within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an Agile DevOps context.

You will play a key role in guiding the DevOps teams in the implementation of AI-accelerated development processes. Think of integrating intelligent AI agents & tools into the daily work process, focusing on both technical and cultural change.

Role & responsibilities

  • Supporting teams in rethinking their work processes and guide them in the effective use of AI during sprint planning, backlog management and iterative delivery. Thanks to your experience with Agile coaching and frameworks such as Scrum, you know how to bring technology, team dynamics and organizational culture together in concrete change.
  • In addition to your technical expertise, you have strong soft skills. You are an empathetic coach who knows how to motivate teams, recognize resistance and turn them into learning moments. You communicate clearly at all levels of the organization and are adept at facilitating workshops, technical dialogues and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • You know how to make complex AI concepts accessible and inspire teams with a clear vision of the future.

Qualifications

Your profile

  • Good knowledge of English, French & Dutch.
  • Strong soft skills. Empathetic coach who knows how to motivate teams, recognize resistance and turn them into learning moments.
  • Clear communication skills at all levels of the organization and adept at facilitating workshops, technical dialogues and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Technical skills

  • Very strong and thorough functional and technical skills
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment and scrum team.
  • Experience in AI development & testing
  • Able to make complex AI concepts accessible and inspire teams with a clear vision of the future.
  • Capable of combining technological depth with a strong coaching approach.
  • Fascinated by the role of AI in domains such as Infrastructure as Code, observability, testing and the broader SDLC.
  • Experience with modern software architecture and DevOps tooling (CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure-as-code).
  • Able to think strategically about how AI solutions can be integrated into existing development pipelines at scale.
  • Able to get colleagues excited about the possibilities of AI and to enthuse them about change. You create support by making AI tangible, relevant and workable in their daily practice.
